The New Era University's Leadership Summit for Academic Year 2024-2025, held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, was a resounding success. The event, which took place across the University Hall and the Professional Schools Building, brought together hundreds of student leaders from various organizations across the university for a day of inspiration and empowerment.

The oath-taking ceremony set the tone for a day of commitment and collaboration. Ms. Julia Francine P. Tamayo, the Outgoing CSC President, delivered a heartfelt speech that resonated with the attendees. The fire was then reignited by Ms. Janaira M. Pereyra, the Incoming CSC President, who delivered a powerful and inspiring address.

The summit continued with insightful seminars and lectures. Bro. Carlo F. Rufo, RGC, GCC Director, guided the student leaders through the principles of Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People." Mr. Roberto Benito M. Policarpio, FPM, 2015 PMAP President and HR Consultant & Trainer, followed with an engaging and transformative lecture, leaving the student leaders feeling motivated and empowered.

The event concluded with an inspirational message from Bro. Alberto R. Domingo Jr., delivered by Bro. Webster Bocala II. This leadership summit marked the beginning of a year filled with transformative and groundbreaking events for the university as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
